CrossPoint Kids First Visit

Make your first stop our CrossPoint Kids Welcome Center. We will meet your family, walk you through our electronic check-in system, and show you and your child to their age-appropriate room. Check-in will begin 15 minutes before service starts.

You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, when you return to your child’s room, you’ll show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

When checking in we will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child. All children birth – 5th grade are required to be checked in.

Please label all items that you bring with your child. Your child’s name should be clearly printed on all bottles, binkies, diaper bags, coats, hats, and car seats.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of your children. Here are some of the ways we do that. Please let us know if you have any questions.
