Has anyone ever flipped the lights on while you were in a deep sleep? It’s shocking! Hundreds of years before Jesus was born, Isaiah wrote this about Jesus: “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone.” Some people think the Old Testament is outdated, like dusty boxes you store in the attic, but it’s where God tells us that He will make a move so shocking that it will change the eternal destiny of anyone willing to adjust to the light.
