Join us as Bo Lee is installed as our Lead Pastor during the worship service. We thank God for His faithful provision and are excited to welcome Bo and his family as they begin their ministry alongside our church family. Thank you for your continued prayers for ongoing wisdom and of gratitude as we look forward to all that God has in store in the days ahead.

Our church family voted to confirm Bo Lee as our next Lead Pastor. We’re excited about the next chapter God has for CrossPoint and look forward to welcoming Bo and his family in the coming weeks. We anticipate that he will officially begin serving as Lead Pastor in July and will share additional details as they become available.

In service it was announced that the Deacon Board has voted unanimously to present Bo Lee to our church as our next Lead Pastor. On June 7, there will be a church confirmation vote during our regular Sunday service.

The Search Committee is formed by the Deacons to assist with resume review and initial interview vetting of candidates. The committee is comprised of two deacons, two staff members, and five congregational voting units that represent a cross-section of age groups, life stages, and marital statuses, all with an equal voice and vote.

The Authentic Pastor conducts an all-church health survey. Based on recommendations and discernment by CrossPoint leadership, it’s decided to prioritize establishing a new leadership structure before beginning the Lead Pastor search.

The Deacons decide to hire Tim Eldred from The Authentic Pastor as a consultant to assist with the process of seeking the next Lead Pastor as well as addressing leadership structural changes.
